Terms of Service

We ask that a deposit of 50% of total fees be paid before the start of design work, with the balance due before the completed site files are uploaded to a web host server. Our estimates are based on a rate of $30-40/hr. depending on the type of work required, the estimated number of hours required to complete the project, and the original specifications given to us by the prospective client. If at any time during the course of the project additional features and content are required, then additional charges will be applied at the appropriate rate..

Payments can be made by mailing a check to us. Deposits are not refundable, so please be sure that you are ready to go forward with the web design process. Your materials such as text, photos, logo artwork, and PDF files can be mailed to us on CD/DVD, or emailed as attachments.
